Our Partners client delivers an effective applications and services infrastructure by creating networks that are faster, simpler and more cost-effective. Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, they market their network switching solutions in more than 50 countries. They are looking for an energetic team of inside sales to be the focal point of a new business initiative, supporting both its existing customer base and actively teaming with direct sales in specific new business campaigns. These positions will initially be based at our clients sales organisation in Bournemouth until 1st July 2005. At our clients premises full training and selection will take place, before relocating to their clients UK offices in Bourne End, nr Maidenhead, Buckinghamshire on 1st July 2005. The Candidate The candidate must be enthusiastic, dynamic and possess excellent sales skills. A graduate with a vibrant personality with a good sense of humour is essential in addition to a presentable and professional image. The applicant must own exceptional verbal communication skills to succeed in this Graduate Sales role. This position will best be suited to a graduate with an eye for exceeding targets and an ambitious nature. No previous sales or telephone experience necessary for the right candidate. With regards to the qualities required, they are looking for dynamic, tenacious communicators who wish to take advantage of this opportunity to enter the Internet age and start/continue their careers with one of the most progressive companies in this field. The work will be challenging but rewarding for those selected with the successful candidates seeing this as a launch pad into other roles with the client once proven. Non-graduates with good and relevant experience will also be considered. The Role - 3 x Individuals This role will be best suited to individuals with an ambition to succeed in a consultative sales role within the Networking and Communication industry. Salary During Sales Internship in Bournemouth Initial Salary Until 1st July 2005 = £15,000 Basic plus potential £2000 PA performance related bonus Post 1st July 2005 Housed in Bourne End Offices Initial Salary will be £18,000 basic with a quarterly bonus of up to £1750 depending on results. £25,000 On Target Earnings (OTE)
