The company's technology allows them to deliver this with a high level of personal contact and ownership of the transaction from the locally based sales person and their support team, in contrast to the call centre environment of the competition.
The company is currently looking for a Sales Manager to develop their small-scale presence in the Scottish and north of England market. The candidate will be expected to grow the existing customer base there significantly, initially through their own efforts supported from HQ. Based on success, the second stage is to establish their own, locally recruited team.
You could be either an experienced and senior customer services professional looking to transition to a more field based sales role, or might already be experienced in customer facing roles looking to get more ownership of your career through developing a local business base, and the team to support it. In either case the product requires the ability to sell a service face to face, and the determination to grow your own portfolio of customers given the full support of a successful business.
This position is supported by a full time administration assistant. Candidates will be motivated by the potential to earn, and the potential to create a team which reports to them as the business develops.
