wire-e is a high-growth software company, based in the Midlands. The company is entering into a very exciting phase and want to attract brilliant office-based sales staff to assist in its success. Ideal candidates would be graduates, and will work in a dynamic office environment with NO limits on their earnings potential. The company sells highly innovative communication services, and already counts a quarter of the FTSE 100 as Clients. Wire-e also works with Partners such as Vodafone and O2, and sell branded services, under the Rapide banner, to our partners large Corporate Customers. We are looking for a small number of competent, very hard-working Tele-Sales professionals, who are happy to undertake cold-calls to potential customers, but also to work with leads provided by our Partners. OTE for this work is £30,000, but there is an open-ended earnings policy, and for the right people, this is an amazing opportunity. In addition, the company will reward successful employees with Share Options packages and the ability to progress their sales career as far as they want. The Basic salary is £15,000, but the company operates a team-based commission scheme, and candidates will be able to start earning commission immediately. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with up to 2 years of sales experience, ready to make the next step in their career progression, and prepared to work incredibly hard, but for exceptional rewards.
