Our client is a successful niche financial services company with a turnover is £250MM per year principally in Germany and France. In the UK they have set up an operating base. In 2005-2008 they are investing to launch their product nationwide through regional teams supported by an internal sales team.
Their product is a high service, high speed lease for the IT channel. They specialise in small value, rapid turnaround leases. Their technology allows them to deliver this with a high level of personal contact and ownership of the transaction from the sales person and their dedicated support, in contrast to the call centre environment of their competition.
They are now hiring a team of 3-5 internal sales support. Responsibilities will be to handle bids using our bespoke software, to complete the resulting documentation, to participate in telemarketing in support of the field sales effort as well as to provide general customer service. Conscientiousness and previous customer service experience are essential.
The leader will act as the anchor to hire, train and lead the team. The candidate will already be highly successful in a sales support environment, with the experience or clear potential to lead a team. Reliability and leadership are key.
Our client is expanding rapidly in the coming years and successful candidates will find additional opportunities as the business grows.
