Our client is a successful niche financial services company with a turnover of £250m per year, based principally in Germany and France. Following a 2003 launch in the UK, in 2005-2008 they are investing to deliver their product nationwide through regional salespeople supported by an internal sales team.
Their product is a high service, high speed lease for the IT dealer channel. They specialise in small value, rapid turnaround leases. The business's technology allows them to deliver this with a high level of personal contact and ownership of the transaction from the sales person and their dedicated support, in contrast to the call centre environment of their competition.
The company are now hiring additional internal sales support, responsibilities of which will be:
* Managing of bids from initial proposals through to acceptance.
* Responsibility for all bid documentation through to closure.
* Providing customer and partner support.
Conscientiousness and previous customer service experience are essential. Telemarketing experience will be a distinct advantage. The company is expanding rapidly in the coming years and successful candidates will find additional sales and other opportunities as the business grows.
