Sales Executive – New Business, IT Sales
Surrey, Surbiton KT5
£20,000 - £25,000 DOE, £60,000 OTE Uncapped
Our client is an ITC Company Specialising in Managed Services and Disaster Recovery Solutions. The company is a young established private company seeking a Sales Executive - New Business, IT Sales who will take a key role in the next phase of its expansion.
The role:
The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for generating business and establishing sustained growth through front line sales of the company's managed and professional service offering. Self motivation and management of sales activities are key skills which you will be expected to possess, together with a hunger and determination to succeed in this role. Lead generation is handled through a combination of self effort, telesales activities with their in-house team and in partnership with some of their key vendors who include Microsoft, Citrix, HP and Symantec.
The person:
You must be a friendly and professional person, trusted by clients and your colleagues and driven to succeed. Communications skills are paramount, as is the ability to deal with people at all levels within an organisation. You must be able to manage your time effectively, making sure you keep up to date whilst building strong customer relationships. You should have experience and a proven track record within a sales environment, either face to face, through telesales, or a combination of the two.
Candidates must have some previous sales experience in an ITC-related company; have a proven track record of achievements, good level of commercial awareness with the maturity to negotiate at director level. Preference will be given to those with direct experience and/or in-depth knowledge of managed services and or disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
The successful candidate will receive an OTE of £60,000.
