Contact Centre Executive – New Business

Our client was launched in 1994 and is a dynamic, fast moving company which undertakes business to business direct marketing for a number of blue chip organisations. They are known in the industry for the quality of their work and pride themselves on the continuity and excellence of their staff. They are looking to recruit Contact Centre Executives.

The role:

Due to the acquisition of new clients they are looking for Contract Centre Executives to join their friendly team.

You will be working within their Contact Centre seeking new business opportunities for their clients

Working from databases and within a team, the role involves making outbound telephone calls:
* Contacting Companies to ensure they have the right profile for their clients
* Building relationships with high level decision makers (Finance Directors, CEOs)
* Gaining an understanding of the prospect's business
* Arranging meetings where there is a real business opportunity
* Invitations to events and seminars with follow up
* Direct mail follow up
* Customer Care surveys

The work is interesting and varied. Their clients come from a wide variety of industries: eg technology, printing, office refurbishment, finance. No member of staff is dedicated to just one client.

Skills required:

- Good keyboard skills
- Computer literate
- Familiar with use of the internet
- Excellent standard of spoken and written English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent

Desirable:

- Spoken and written foreign language for business

No experience is necessary as full training is given.
