Trainee and Experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiators

The role:
Applicants must have a full driving licence and the enthusiasm and determination to succeed in a competitive market place. Sales experience preferred but not essential as full training given.

Key Objectives
* To generate potential valuation, viewing, financial services and legal appointments
* To arrange and book viewings
* To accompany clients on viewings
* To follow-up any other business leads
* To negotiate with clients
* To achieve minimum levels of business / targets
Experience / Qualification
* Customer services background
* Ability to work to targets
