They now wish to recruit a highly professional experienced Sales Executive to further develop their sales revenue base. The sales executive will undertake the following activities: * Researching potential clients * Establishing contacts through extensive cold calling * Developing client relationships * Identifying sales opportunities where simulation could be of benefit * Presenting our capability to clients * Preparing and submitting sales proposals * Closing sales * Maintaining and building longer term client relationship, with a view to generating additional sources of revenue The sales activities will be focussed across a variety of industry sectors and application areas, and, where possible, will match the specific experience of the applicant. There will be opportunities to identify new application areas and to explore the possibility of product developments in new industry sectors. The successful Applicant • A successful track record in closing profitable Sales and meeting targets. • An appreciation of the operational and business impact of supply chain issues, gained in a commercial environment. Active contacts a distinct advantage. • A demonstrable ability to understand, communicate and sell complex business concepts as well as practical applications. • First class interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish your credibility at senior levels. • A self-starter with the personal organisation, discipline and tenacity to work with minimal supervision in an unstructured environment. • A willingness to undertake all aspects of the sales process, from extensive cold calling to closing the deal, research & proposal writing to delivering presentations. • A passion for selling, coupled with the commitment to develop business for the long term. • M3 corridor office base, with the opportunity to work from home. Motivated by a basic salary of £40K with OTE for an established salesman of circa £100K?
