This sizeable company supply a variety of meats to and have a substantial foot hold in the catering and food services sectors. Owing to expansion they require an Operations Manager to work at a 70,000 square feet site. A Factory Manager will report in to this role and as such, applicants must already have worked in a similarly senior role, have supplied the catering sector and understand subsequent pricings. Beyond this other duties will be determined when the correct individual is selected for the role and responsibilities shared amongst the Senior Management Team. As an individual applicants must have the strength of character to manage effectively and drive the business forward, but must also have a business acumen and persona to deal with colleagues and clients at board level.
