Our client is a leading international Telecommunications company.
You will lead the launch definition, delivery & in life management of propositions across (UK) sales channels to enable the sales directorates to achieve their targets.
Your role includes.
• Ownership of the sales launch roadmap & prioritisation of initiatives with key stakeholders across sales, marketing & CSSO to achieve best in class sales launches
• Responsible for the development of sales strategy to support the design/planning/implementation of propositions
• Leading channel feedback & identifying gaps & opportunities for both the sales roadmap & individual propositions to maximise the opportunity across all channels
• To develop & agree the channel success criteria & KPI's for each proposition on behalf of Sales
Essential
• Ability to work with complex products & services & cut through to identify the strategic business needs of the channels
• Ability to put multiple plans in place amongst complexity & have flexibility & pragmatism to adapt to changing needs
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross functional implementation projects across sales channels against demanding deadlines; possible
• Degree or equivalent
• Mature approach to handling conflict at all levels
Desirable
• Experience of:
- retail, consumer distribution & sales
- The telecommunications market
- International implementation/project management
