Our client is a leading one of the leading telco's in the UK.
Your role will be to initiate, drive and maintain process improvements to ensure that wholesale benefits with greater efficiency, reduced cost and increased revenues
Your role:
1. Responsibility for identification, development and implementation of all processes within wholesale
2. Develop and Deliver business critical efficiency improvements to existing or established processes
3. Lead virtual teams to define and implement new cost effective business processes / capabilities
Essential's that you will have include:
1. Broad knowledge & experience in process improvement, minimal of 3 years of experience is required as well as recognised qualification in project management and/or process management
2. Successful track record in large & complex business wide process improvement projects with direct customer impact
3. Degree or equivalent, preferably in a business or science subject.
Desired
1. Projectmanagement skills and experience
2. Knowledge of tele/data communications industry
Personal skills
You will have a strong personality, able to influence, gain buy-in and change habits.
– your implementing & maintaining processes should be pragmatic and support the business to deliver what is expected. Promotion of best practice, challenge established ways is a way of life, persistence to get stakeholders buy in to improvements a second nature.
