Responsible for the delivery of Customer Service's customer insight, providing meaningful analysis and output to support our client in achieving service excellence. To actively support the CS Directorate through analysis of multiple customer feedback/insight sources, and provision of insights and recommendations to the Customer Insight Manager, contact centres and other functions. Identifying opportunities and actions to drive improvements in customer satisfaction, operational excellence and revenue maximisation.
The Candidate
Graduate or equivalent.
Experienced business data analyst.
Experience gained within a customer focused environment (preferably telecommunications) or Call/Contact Centre environment.
Highly PC Literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Business and data analysis experience Process improvement experience.
Post Graduate qualifications, marketing or business Knowledge & awareness of our clients products & procedures.
Presentation skills and experience
Use of specialist analytical tools such as SAS, SPSS, Minitab.
Previous experience of marketing/customer insight research practices.
