Our client is one of UK's leading telecoms company, over 120 million people throughout Europe and the USA use services provided by companies in which our client or its subsidiary hold a stake, making them the only telecommunications provider with a seamless transatlantic proposition.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to head the prepay division. The successful candidate is required to lead the delivery of annual VBU targets. To create, develop, launch & manage prepay propositions that consumers find compelling.
The Job
Achievement of 2006 Prepay VBU targets; Annual delivery of Prepay components of the Market Plan and of a pipeline of Prepay propositions in development funnel.
Responsible for CRM that is specific to Prepay propositions.
Management and ongoing development of the Prepay Marketing team.
The role requires close working across functions and job levels; daily interface with Directors, Senior Managers and Managers as well as regular (weekly) contact (email, face to face) with TMO senior management (up to and including the CEO).
Accountable to the MC for achieving the VBU targets.
Daily management of the Prepay Marketing team (8 FTE) Occasional DOA for the Director of Consumer Business Unit.
The Candidate
Leadership, championship and coordination of the commercial activities behind achievement of VBU targets
Degree level education essential Minimum 7-10 years marketing experience
Experience of consumer proposition development.
