*** SYSTEMS TESTER - UTRAN ***
Our Client is a leading international mobile telecommunications provider. Due to an exciting new project, they are now urgently looking for a Systems Tester for a six-month contract.
Your role will be to perform acceptance & Integration test activities for the UTRAN network to support Mobile services.
Applicants should possess a degree in electronics or equivalent, with at least 2 years experience of testing/integrating/maintaining telephony networks and associated S/W and H/W, an in depth knowledge of Nokia system architecture - RNS, OSS, knowledge of mobile networks and their functions, knowledge of UMTS radio and associated signalling protocols specifically RANAP, RNSAP & NBAP, configuration and usage of protocol analysers, change management activities, PC literate, GSM knowledge, knowledge of telecommunications industry, experience of transport technologies e.g. ATM, knowledge of packet and circuit core networks and functionality, operation & maintenance experience, data networks, and NetHawk protocol analyser experience.
