Senior Test and Support Analyst (Unix, SQL, Scripting, testing), Herts, Up to £45K. Your Responsibilities: 1. Take ownership of issues regarding the running of the Oscar system 2. Testing and Integration of the applications 3. Managing monitoring solutions to ensure Oscar runs smoothly 4. Creating documentation for the oncall support analysts 5. Monitoring work process using project management techniques Challenges & Opportunties: Development and implementation of integrated service management solutions using leading edge technology. Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
