Our client who are a leading specialist contractor require a Managing Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to head up there surveying team of 7 Quantity Surveyors & to take control of there project’s nationally.

This, in turn, will allow the Commercial Director to focus on the pre-contract workload.

Person Specification:
- The ideal candidate will be a Quantity Surveyor with 10-15 years experience
- Ideally from a trade contracting background
- Strong relationship management and present
