Architectural Technician/Architect - Contract Our client is an established practice with over 17 years worth of experience. They are currently looking for a Technician/Architect to join them on a contract basis. Intially the role will only be for 3 months however over the past 4 years their business has grown by 25% each year, so they are expecting to need the candidate for on-going projects. The role is to work on Residential projects. The ideal candidate must have 5 years UK experience on residential design and construction drawings and must have a good knowledge of current British Building Regulations.
