Our Client is a large, independently owned, Scottish based, residential development business. Due to their recent growth they require a new Development Manager to fulfil a range of development related duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong surveying or commercial background with experience in the construction or development sector. The job will initially focus on the management of design teams pre-tender and post contract project management for a variety of housing projects in the central belt.
It is envisaged that the role will be expanded to encompass a wider development role including site identification and acquisition.
