A Quantity Surveyor is required for an award winning Residential Developer based in Bristol. With a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and a steady career history, you will be required to produce bills of quantities for existing and new house types, valuations, procurement payments and final accounts. This award winning developer is a market leader in urban re-generation / brown field developments. The majority of projects undertaken will be new build. The successful candidate will benefit from a basic salary of up to £36,000 and a company car / allowance, plus benefits.
