An Assistant Site Manager is required for a national Residential Developer based in Bristol. With at least 18 months experience in a similar role, you will be working on a new scheme of apartments and 3, 4 and 5 bedroom, executive homes. You will be required to monitor the quality of all trades, sub-contractor supervision, taking properties from 1st fix through to completion and hand over. Excellent organisations skills, a keen enthusiastic attitude and the desire to produce a high quality product are essential. In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £27,000 (according to experience) plus a car or car allowance and additional benefits.
