An established contractor renown for delivering some of the North West’s highest profile building projects is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager. Projects are generally New Build with some refurbishments (varying in value from £500,000 up to £10 million) and cover a wide variety of sectors, recent work includes a £6m health care new build, a £2 ½ university extension and a stately home visitors centre; retirement homes, schools, and a sports halls. You will be a good man manager and have the ability to solve problems and think outside the box. Package includes up to £45k plus car/car allowance, health care and contributory pension.
