Established almost 20 years ago they have grown steadily by providing high quality, centrally located, residential and commercial properties. They now have prestigious multimillion-pound developments in the north of England and Scotland with others soon to commence. Do to their phenomenal success they currently have requirements for a number of experienced commercial teams for developments in Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow. These teams will consist of a Commercial Manager and up four Quantity Surveyors of various levels of expertise. Working for a developer you are the end client! If you are used to working for a main contractor and looking for a change from the usual ‘cat and mouse games’ with clients then this might be the next step you have been looking for. You will work in a team dedicated to its own project from start to finish, involved in the planning, design, procurement and the entire construction process. The roles are demanding, but you will be rewarded with personal involvement in some of the most exciting and challenging projects in the UK together with an excellent remuneration package and career opportunity.
