Expansion into 19 European countries has followed through acquisition and organic growth. Our client is currently looking to recruit a civil/structural design engineer on a permanent basis. As part of the engineering team within the design group you will be required to be responsible for the delivery of the following services; temporary works design and checking construction methodology and buildability studies technical problem resolution assessment of permanent works and liaison with the clients design team engineering input and advice on tender submissions advising on workmanship and material issues. Candidatdes should be chartered or approaching chartered civil or structural engineering status. Must have at least 5 years experience as a design engineer with a consultancy or within a contracting organisation. Must have a good knowledge in structural design. This is a permanent role and will be based in Manchester town centre.
