One of the region''s leading building contractors has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor. Based out of their north Manchester office they a re part of a larger group of companies that are well known through the Norwest and Midlands. They cover a broad range of activities covering all types of New Build, Repair, Refurbishment and Term Maintenance contracts in both the public and private sectors. In addition to traditional contracts the Company has wide experience in Design and Build, PFI, Partnering, Joint Ventures and own Developments. They are looking for a QS to join their maintenance division. They have several ongoing major Measured Term Maintenance contracts in the Manchester area. They are looking for a QS with a maintenance background, preferably with experience of Measured Term Contracts and schedules of rates.
