Design Manger - Construction
Our client, a recognised Construction business with head office in the South East, currently requires a Design Manager to work on construction based projects ranging from £3m-£25m.
The key responsibility of this role is to manage the design process from start to finish. This will include managing the construction aspects of bids/tenders through to an advisory function to the management team as the projects progress.
The successful applicant will currently be working for a recognised construction business in the UK, will be well versed in construction design and will most likely have professional qualifications and membership.
