Our client provides and procures equity and finance for a wide range of projects including regeneration, residential development and Housing PFI, on both a joint venture and whole project basis.
They are lead sponsor and major shareholder of the ‘Partners’ consortia; market leaders in Housing PFI. Their continued success means that they need to strengthen their team.
Can you communicate effectively with people at different levels? Assimilate, prioritise and summarise complex information?
Work co-operatively and creatively as part of a close-knit team?
Offer genuinely good presentation skills and have outstanding organisational abilities?
You will be promoting the ‘Partners’ brand as an innovator in Housing PFI; supporting Bid Managers; helping manage day-to-day relationships with consortium members and clients and assisting in the efficient planning and control of resources.
