Our client is a well established, London based contractor and property developer. One of their current specialisms involves converting disused buildings into high spec affordable housing.
On their behalf we are looking for an experienced site based Project Quantity Surveyor to provide either a support role on a larger site (reporting to the Commercial Manager) or to run smaller projects single handedly.
The majority of the projects are carried out on a design and build basis so previous knowledge of this method is a distinct advantage as is previous experience of social housing refurbishments and conversions.
Salary and benefits are entirely negotiable dependant on age and previous experience.
