An established and respected contractor based in Kent, are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on various commercial new build & refurb projects in the South East. Typical projects range from £750k to 7 million. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, project delivery, excellent communication skills and have a proven background of commercial new build & Refurb.
