Skills	They are currently looking for a fully qualified Architect who has a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and understands the development process. You should have a good knowledge of sustainable “intelligent” communities which seek to maximise environmental, social and economic benefits from integrated transportation systems and broadband infrastructure/digital connectivity. Your role will be to write proposals and bids and to deal with planning issues. The ideal candidate should be a commercially minded person with entrepreneurial skills and a flair for identifying possible regeneration projects
