Our client is one of the most dynamic and successful independant property, construction and transportation consultancies.
Planning is a core discipline and you will work closely with the Pre-Construction Director, Project Directors and project teams on a stimulating range of assignments. You will use applications such as Powerproject and Primavera P3 but your role will invlove more than just programming.
You will also have a significant strategic input into projects from pre-construction onwards. This will involve you in buildability, logistics and risk analysis amongst other disciplines and will broaden and deepen your skill base.
You will have 4-5 yrs experience as a planning manager in the construction industry with notable exposure to clients. You will be able to see the bigger picture regarding each project and will be articulate and outgoing as well as highly organised and analytical. We are looking for innovative problem solvers with a highly creative approach.
