360 Recruitment Ltd has been asked to provide suitable candidates to provide Site Management Services for a 6 month period starting June 2004.
The project to be managed is an £800k new build glasshouse from start to finish. Your role will be to manage the subcontractors and maintain quality, first aid and H&S. You will represent the company at weekly meetings with the client and will be the client's first point of contact.
You will need experience of groundworks, steel frames, glass, M&E (heating, ventilation and controls). Above all you will need to be independant and confident enough to run this project single handedly from start to finish with limited support from head office.
Ideally you will have completed courses for Health and Safety, CDM and First Aid. You will be able to read and interpret a basic program of works and be able to stick to it withour compromising quality, cost or safety.
