Construction Demolition Group
Our client, a highly regarded construction group is looking for a Project Co-ordinator / Manager. The demolition arm of the group has been steadily growing as the larger part of the business focus. Due to this growth the company requires someone with a basic construction knowledge to take-over all information and document control as well as project planning. Client interaction and ownership of instructions will be a large part of the role. Ensuring all information and required tasks are passed to the correct people and acted upon as well as interaction with public sector agencies, the H&E executive and internal departments will be crucial to the success of this role. In return you will have the opportunity to define this role as you see fit as well as receive a very negotiable package.
