***** SERVICE DESK ANALYST REQUIRED WITH FLUENT FRENCH ****** Our client, a global outsourcing organisation based in Milton Keynes, is currently looking for SERVICE DESK ANALYSTS with a fluency in FRENCH & ENGLISH and some experience of providing telephone based customer service, to join their team at there head office. Your role will be to provide first line (telephone) based IT support (non-technical) for customers (end users, re-sellers, distributors) whilst dealing with any issues that may arise. This is very much an entry level position and you will receive full training and on the job guidance. You will ideally be a foreign national with fluent FRENCH & ENGLISH language skills and have excellent cusomter service skills. You will also be ideally based in or around the MILTON KEYNES area and be able to start ASAP. In return you will receive a 2 week intensive training course on the IT , the chance of real advancement within a forward-thinking organisation and an annual salary of between £16-17,000.
