We are looking for a Principle Control Systems Engineer in the East Midlands within commuting distance of Nottingham, Lincoln, Mansfield, Newark, Grantham, Worksop and Gainsborough. The Principle Control Systems Engineer will need experience of Engineering Software Solutions in Industry or Engineering Control Systems, particularly in the Oil & Gas or Power Generation Industry.
As a Principle Control Systems Engineer you will engineer complex project specific control system solutions. Depending on experience and background this role may be focused specifically on Software Solutions, Hardware or a combination of the two. You will be responible for ensuring all aspects are completed on time and within budget and will be the direct contact for our clients customers on all Control Systems releted Engineering.
We are looking for candidates who have worked in similar roles or have extensive experience gained in a more junior role. This role is highly customer facing so communication skills are extremely important. You will also need to be proficient with Microsoft Office packages and hold a minimum HND/HNC qualifacation. Due to the nature of the role flexibility with regards to international travel to discuss and analyse the end users project related requirements is essential.
