Our client is a global giant within the semiconductor and processor world and they are now searching for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their manufacturing site in Ireland. Responsibility for the functional area goals and manufacturing technicians will be required, as well as the ability to create an incident/injury free work environment. The role will require being an active member of the shift management team and to input effectively within areas such as safety, people management and cost. Desired qualifications: -Experience of people management within a high volume manufacturing environment -Good leadership and communication skills -Team based problem solving skills -Ability to partner with other departments and to act tactically and strategically within the company -Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent Please call to discuss further.
