Due to the continued growth of this company, there is a vacancy for a Lead Engineer to be responsible for overseeing, organising and motivating teams of engineers in order to meet the technical engineering and product development requirements of the business. You will have experience within a high-reliability, safety-critical equipment industry such as automotive, aerospace, defence, rail, etc. Any experience of RF based systems, EMC design aspects, DFMA and DFQ processes is desirable.
