My Client based in Hertford, is looking for a Product Support Engineer to compliment their talented team.
My client is looking for a Product Support Engineer to primarily supervise the current team of Two Service Technicians, as well as satisfying customers demands for after sales support, in terms of technical and user training, along with maintenance and repair of Medical ECG Recorders.
There will also be a hands on element to test and repair of the recorders when the business demands it.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the repair team to enable a flexible response to varying peak and troughs in the workload, which is influenced by breakdowns, maintenance and the in-house manufacturing demand.
They will also be responsible for compiling fault data and communicating this and other pertinent information to other departments in a professional manner.
Ideally with at least City and Guilds Qualification in Electronics, the successful candidate will feel confident reporting to colleagues and speaking with clients and customers on a day to day basis.
