Technical Support Engineer required to provide first class technical support on Switches/ Relays and Sensors for a Leading World Wide Manufacture of high precision, high performance electronic components used in Automated and Digital products.
Products are marketed and sold in Europe via an established distributor network.
You will provide First line Sales and Technical Support to Area Sales Managers, Customer Service staff and the Distributor network using the group mail box.
You will conduct technical training as required by Sales, Customer Service and Distributors and coordinating and processing technical product quality issues.
You will be supporting the Central Region (UK ,Germany, Austria, Switzerland) therefore you will be fluent in German and English with a Technical Qualification , ideally in Mechanical Engineering, experience in a similar position in an international sales / customer service or marketing environment within in the electronics industry .
This is an office based role although some European travel may be required.
Ideally, Candidates should be based in or around Hertfordshire or Munich or be prepared to relocate
