One of Europe's specialist providers and manufacturers of interconnection and electromechanical devices principally for the Aerospace and Military Markets. Our client has over 40 years experience in providing a wide array of products and services to industry. A substantial arm of their business is in the Military Circular / Mil Spec connector arena where they have developed a reputation for expertise in applications and technical support.
They are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager/Business Manager for their Amphenol Franchise to be based at their Wokingham site. The Product Manager/Business Manager acts as the main interface between manufacturing, supply chain, field sales and end customers. The role assumes overall responsibility for the growth and development of the line and includes facets of bid management, pricing support, applications support, product line profiling and product marketing. Supported by a dedicated team the individual will develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and to promote sales growth.
The ideal individual will have a proven track record in Account Management/Field Sales or Product Marketing with an appreciation of the specifics of selling into the Military and Aerospace markets (quality standards, supplier standards, bid and quotation processes).You will have current experience of Amphenol UK Interconnection devices (62GB, 608, 602, 38999 Range) and be conversant with providing a mixture of both commercial and technical support..
