I have an urgent requirement for an Analogue Design Engineer to work on a New Product Development project. My client design and manufacture electric test and measurement equipment. They are now seeking an Analogue Design Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of the following:
- Analogue design using op amps / comparators and discrete components.
-Hardware design of analogue design of current sources using SCRs, FETs and IGBTs with isolated closed loop control methods.
- Power supply design skills with low power / high efficiency attributes.
- Familiarity with thermal management techniques.
- Experience of DACs and ADCs.
- General measurement techniques.
-PCB Schematic entry via Orcad Capture CIS.
