Our global client is searching for an IC Failure Analysis Engineer to work within the FA group and support customer returns. The role will encompass carrying out physical analysis of products as well as re qualification of failed product and reliability ESD support. Quick root cause analysis and 8D reporting will be required. Desired qualifications are as follows: - BSc Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent - Experience of ESD reliability testing and failure analysis - Analytical tool experience (SEM, FIB, etching) - Familiar with high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment - Previous customer interaction experience would be beneficial Please contact us for additional information.
