Our global client is searching for an IC Product Yield Engineer to support process and product transfers around the globe. Yield optimisation and improvement will be key to the role as well as evaluating performance at wafer probe and final test. The successful candidate will be required to implement corrective actions for product yield problems and be pro-active in cost savings projects. Desired qualifications are as follows: -BSc Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent -Good product engineering experience (SPC, yield analysis) -Familiar with high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment -Good problem solving skills Please contact us for additional information.
