My client design and manufacture a full range of calibration products, providing innovative customer-focused solutions for the calibration and test equipment market.
They currently require a PCB Designer to join their expanding team.
Summary of Main Purpose of Job:
Origination and update of printed circuit boards and associated documentation.
Assistance with maintaining CAD systems, CAD database and documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
PCB Design: To produce PCB designs in line with the company procedures and quality standards.
PCB Changes: To update PCB designs, ensuring cost effective changes for manufacturing.
Design Accuracy: To ensure design accuracy, quality and suitability for manufacturing by adequate checking and approval.
Documentation: To produce and update associated assembly and fabrication drawings in line with the company documentation procedures.
Technology: To keep in touch with developments in PCB materials, manufacturing, techniques and design tools.
