They meet the ever-changing needs of their customers, through sales teams that have the freedom to act quickly, decisively and with autonomy.
Due to recent expansion we are looking to recruit a Technical Specialist Engineer who will provide specialist level technical expertise and consultation to other members of technical team, product, supplier management in terms of technology advancement, product positioning and supplier focus. The Technical Specialist will have the responsibility to develop their original technical application material, product selection guide and technical training in specific areas of technology.
You will work effectively across all of the sales channels, and effectively support the sales teams and customers at a higher technical level.
You should have an electronics degree or equivalent, proven success in a technical and/or sales/marketing role and design experience in a specific field of specialization,ie. Digital, Analogue, Opto .A strong semiconductor product knowledge combined with effective oral & written communication skills.
This is an office based role and therefore you will need to reside in or around the Leeds area
