Regional Sales Manager (North & Scotland)
Up to £55k dep. On experience + bonus + benefits

Farnell meet the ever-changing needs of their customers through sales teams that have the freedom to act quickly, decisively and with autonomy. As Regional Sales Manager you will be accountable for achieving profitable sales growth in a region of c.£16million turnover per annum, through the effective leadership, motivation, coaching, and performance management of a diverse team of Account Managers. Developing and delivering annual business plans to achieve profitable sales growth, you will engage and energise the team for high-performance, creating the vision of success and building the team to deliver results. An adept communicator and influencer you will be a role model for exceptional sales performance and be dedicated to ensuring your team is fully equipped and supported to achieve results. Commercially astute with a structured approach, you will have an aptitude for identifying and growing talent and a solid track record in retaining, recognising and developing your people.
The successful candidate must have sales management experience in a B2B, service-oriented environment, ideally in electronic distribution or related business sector. A Technical qualification and/or experience in electronic/electrical engineering are an advantage. Current UK driving license is essential.
