My Client, a subsidiary of a leading electronic component distributor are a specialist provider of global procurement, logistics and supply chain management of electronic and electro-mechanical components. They have an established world wide customer base with a group turn over in excess of £27M.
Due to recent expansion we are looking to appoint an experienced Business Unit / Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales and account management ideally from the Electronic Component Distribution / Supply Chain Management sectors.
The ideal candidate will be results driven, looking for the next step in management and is able to demonstrate growth in a business and understand the key steps in the sales and business development process. You will personally drive a direct sales campaign to secure new customers and manage the customer service team to deliver consistent growth in sales and profit. Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience in commercial negotiations. Extensive travel UK and overseas would be required.
