An outstanding opportunity with a Leading Global multi-channel distributor of electronic components who are serious about creating a future that is sustainable, profitable and full of opportunities.
Due to continued strategic growth they require a high calibre and ambitious European Quotations Manager to develop, implement and drive aggressive profitable sales growth and customer acquisition through leading a commercially orientated and highly efficient centralised volume quotation service.
This is a hands on position and offers fantastic potential for an outstanding individual.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through ensuring successful conversion of quotations to billings; setting and achieving high service standards.
You will manage through inspirational leadership, developing and empowering a multi-skilled, multi-functional, commercially orientated team to deliver performance to target and increase profitable sales growth.
To be successful in this role you must have experience of managing, motivating and developing teams in a pressurised sales and service driven environment. You will have a proven track record in electronic component distribution, outstanding knowledge of the electronic distribution market, customer base and key supplier product offering.
Excellent interpersonal skill, the ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external relationships and to confidently negotiate at senior management level.
You will be ideally based in the North East or willing to re-locate.
