Manufacturing Engineer, PCB, Electronics, MS Access, SPC, BOM, FMEA, DFM
My client are a well established organisation designing a variety of Electronic Instrumentation products.
They are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with electronics or PCB experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Daily production line support, ensuring effective running of production processes whilst maintaining target yield levels.
Standardisation of key work practises in production such as PM schedules, test methodologies, data analysis and interpretation and data reporting.
Work with WIP tracking systems to capture key production data such as scrap, rework, failure modes and yields.
Help to define key projects to improve products failing to achieve defined target levels.
Experience of FMEA, DFM, SPC tools, MS Access and BOM management would be an advantage. Ideally the candidate will be qualified to a degree level in a related discipline.
