Electronics Systems Engineer, Oxon, low noise, DSP, instrumentation, embedded, analogue, digital
Position Responsibilities:
Systems design in low noise analogue and multi-channel digital electronics. Embedded signal processing, instrument control and data transfer to analysis packages.
Systems engineering from product concept through to customer delivery. Specification, electronic design, prototyping, test and evaluation.
Experience Required:
Low noise, current to voltage amplifier design.
Analogue to digital conversion and digital signal processing.
Design methodologies of electronic data acquisition.
Electronic Engineering CAD systems.
Advantageous:
Proven track record in leading teams.
Demonstrable history of working with sensitive detection systems.
Embedded software design.
First hand experience of DSP programming.
Knowledge of windows software design.
Desirable:
Previous experience of developing scientific instrumentation.
Education Required:
Honours Degree Minimum. Electronics preferred.
